What is FRC?
Functional Range Conditioning® is a comprehensive (joint) training system based on scientific principles and research findings that simultaneously trains mobility, strength, and control. This improves the quality of your movements in daily life, sports, and training.

When using the FRC® system, there are three main training goals, all of which are closely interrelated and are achieved simultaneously:

Mobility Development
Mobility refers to the extent of a person’s active, usable range of motion. The greater a person’s mobility, the better they can safely, efficiently, and effectively utilize their full range of motion. Unlike traditional stretching, the goal is not merely to achieve a greater range of motion. What matters most is that this range of motion can also be actively controlled and utilized. Many people have untapped potential for movement that they can achieve passively but cannot actively control. FRC bridges this gap by specifically building strength and control at the end ranges of a movement.

Joint Strength
The FRC® system not only improves range of motion but also protects the joints, allowing movements to be performed safely. The training aims to improve joint function and resilience, increase active range of motion, and sustainably enhance the quality of your movements.

Body Control
Training with FRC® improves nervous system function. This leads to reduced pain and fewer injuries, promotes joint health and longevity, and improves range of motion and flexibility. At the same time, you’ll learn to be more aware of your body and move with greater precision.
Benefits of FRC
