Workshop Series: Contemporary Mobility
In this workshop series, we take the time to explore and deepen our movement capacities. The workshops are designed for people interested in dance and movement, as well as dancers and dance professionals.
Contemporary Dance x Mobility Training
Together, we develop a more refined awareness of movement control, body perception and movement quality, while discovering new possibilities within your own movement.
We combine targeted mobility exercises with dance practice, looking closely at how you move and providing individual feedback. The insights gained through the exercises are then directly transferred into your dancing, allowing you to explore movement with greater awareness, control and freedom.
Expect space for exploration, individual feedback, choreography and the opportunity to experience your own movement in a more conscious, controlled and free way.
For dance and movement enthusiasts, dancers and dance professionals.
